The following statement sets out Anna Sellers’ policy in relation to the holding and using of personal information which may be obtained from you or other sources during your or your child’s treatment. This information may include personal details such as health, family situation and education. This data may be shared with yourself, other healthcare or education professionals with your permission. Correspondence can be communicated by post, phone or by secure email.

If you do not consent, please let your therapist know straight away. Personal information is held in locked files at the practice office and on employed staff’s work laptop and work mobile phone's secure files. Administrative staff, including Administrator Joanne Major, SEN SALTA Anne-Marie Miller, and on occasion, Tax Assist may access your data for the sole purpose of providing a professional service.

This information is solely used for the purpose of providing a professional service and for keeping professional and financial records defined by statute. In the above, and all other matters, Anna Sellers and her team of staff work to the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of The Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice. www.helpwithtalking.com
